The virtual platform of the Akeso clinic

We have set up a virtual platform that is entirely our own, to ensure that our patients do not have to travel for consultations or check-ups if they do not need to.

The virtual platform of the clinic Akeso allows the audio-video connection of the patient with the attending physician, while ensuring the security of the patient's personal data.

It is important to note that before being able to access online consultations, the patient must undergo a physical assessment by the doctors of the Akeso clinic. Only after this assessment, the attending physician can make the decision to schedule an online consultation or check-up, taking into account the patient's health status.

Recommendations for appointments at the Akeso clinic

We recommend that appointments at the Akeso clinic be made by phone or online through our website www.akeso-clinic.ro. If the scheduled patient shows flu or cold symptoms (cough, fever, breathing difficulties) or lives with a person who shows these symptoms, they are asked to notify the clinic by phone, as soon as possible, in order to reschedule.

How does it work?

Your health condition is assessed by a doctor

After a first consultation at the Akeso clinic, a doctor must decide whether an online consultation is possible in your case.

If the doctor decides in favor of an online consultation, you will later receive an e-mail with the login data for the virtual platform of the Akeso clinic.

You schedule online

Access the section Online Appointments, you choose the specialty and fill in the fields of the form. A representative Akeso will contact you and give you the details of the appointment.

You ensure that your device is correctly configured for the consultation

Before starting the online consultation, make sure your microphone, speakers/speaker and video camera are working. The authentication data will be sent to you by email.

You participate in the online consultation, directly, with the specialist doctor

You access with the link sent by us and participate, in the chosen time interval, in the online consultation. You will receive the result of your consultation later by email.
